The United States Attorney's Office Southern District of New York (USANYS) has been involved in several cases, including the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein [3] [4]. The USANYS has offices located at 500 South Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 [1] and 1 St. Andrew's Plaza, New York, NY 10007 [5]. In 2008, an AUSA from the USANYS was working with attorneys Jay Howell in Jacksonville, Florida, and Professor Paul Cassell in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a case [1]. The USANYS has also been involved in the case of United States v. Ghislaine Maxwell, 20 Cr. 330 (AJN) [5]. In October 2007, the USANYS was assisted by a Special Master, The Hon. Edward B. Davis (Ret.), in the selection of an attorney representative to represent a group of identified victims [6]. The USANYS has also worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on investigations, including the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's background and any offenses that may have been committed by Epstein against the United States [3].
