Additionally, PayPal was used to send an invoice from Paintings to Go, Inc. for $121.70 USD on June 30, 2018 [4]. A user attempted to register with PayPal but was required to have a credit card on file, which they did not have, as stated in an email from November 10, 2017 [6].
