In =act he refused to give me any input into his thoughts at all, except =hat he would be willing to speak about the successor trustee issue with =ither Max or his own counsel on the phone. I got the distinct =mpression that he has made little progress on finding his own counsel =s he mentioned that a discussion with his own counsel would need to =ait until January. I asked Harry to consider naming Richard as the successor =rustee on the basis that Richard is a trustee with a great deal of =xperience, he has your trust, and he is a permitted independent trustee =ccording to the terms of the trust.
