JE Punch List — December 18th 2012 1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary 2. Equipment and Vehicles - Sell equipment - No machinery off the island unless approved 3. Five Palms - Picture Frame (86 x 70) & Canvas on site — contacting framer about coming on site - Mirrored Siding - removed, stripping/stucco complete — final top coat due to start 12/19 4. Berm/Top of Hill — Brice investigating a wood/paper combination material for hydro-seeding - on site, will start using - Pergola construction for high road benches — David — require design details/number from JE 5. Triangle - Installation of lights — to be completed under JE's direction 6. Flagpole Pool Cabana - Furniture — Desk — still in Paris awaiting ETA - Area Rug — JE requested 11/7 either soft white/black design or plain white extra soft rug — Sarah - Lights —JE to review lights at parking area with Danny 7. LS1 Dock - Dock Carpet & New Trim — final trim work to be completed by 11/20 8. Dock Boxes - David will fabricate a lighter lid — sample at MC Pool —JE reviewed — investigating resin/plastic option, up to 4 ft high will forward by 11/20 9. Chillax Room - Media Center — on site — will not handle the weight of the equipment — need to investigate other options 10. Chillax Bathroom - Install Robe Hook on bathroom door—will be installed 11/19 11. Boats - Lady G — sell — will remain at Nanny Cay until sold.
