CART did this once last winter, but screwed it up, and we couldn't use it in the format they made for us — the FBI can, so it is possible what she is hearing is that her team has access to some number of these devices. But we have nothing. And I have personally been on calls with the SSA and the CART folks since early April about fixing this problem, and they always promise to do so quickly, and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow... I explained to that we just can't mess around with this anymore. She is going to get updated information about status and we will talk again later today (her team told her that we have been provided with roughly 30 of 52 devices, so obviously our information is not matching up). The estimate references 57 devices, as noted below, I think we're now up to 62, but we're into one of them, so really 61.
